We have been browsing around sites online checking out swingsets.  We have a four year old that for the most part has long since outgrown the current outdoor toys we have.  He’ll still play with / on them from time to time, but I am thinking a swing set in the back yard would be great for him. 

We’ve looked around at metal swing sets and wood swing sets and we are very much leaning toward wood, but perhaps a smaller one since we aren’t sure when we may start the “planning to move” convo and I’d rather wait for the next place to get a much nicer one. 

We also have a 3 month old, so on the sets I’ve looked at, we’ll probably nix one of the swings that come with it and put in a baby swing instead.

We’ll have to bring in some dirt to level the ground where we plan to put it and get the site ready – plus I understand putting it all together isn’t exactly the most fun one could have in a day.  I am hoping to have it up and ready to go in time for spring, though.
